Product Information
Are you in Australia searching for a top - notch nano polymer adhesive? Look no further! Our 120ml Nano Polymer Adhesive is a game - changer in 3D printing. It's the perfect bed prep to prevent lift and warp when printing materials like PEEK, PEKK, Ultem PEI, PPSU, ABS, ASA, PLA, PETG, NYLON, PC, and more. This world - class adhesive is designed for high - temp polymers but also works wonders for engineering and general - purpose grades. Apply it across the whole build surface or just on problem areas to solve lift issues. Here are its amazing features: It can withstand high temperatures, making it great for printing PEKK, PEEK, PPSU, PSU, PPS, and Ultem™ PEI. It has excellent adhesion to common materials such as PC, PC/ABS, ABS, ASA, PLA, PETG, NYLON, TPU, etc. Made from non - toxic organic compounds, it's safe to use. It's easy to clean and reapply, and it adheres well to various build surfaces like borosilicate glass, ceramic glass, PCB board, Carbon Fiber, Fiberglass, Aluminum, BuildTak™, PEI, etc. The package comes with a 120ml bottle of the adhesive and an applicator brush.
Using our Nano Polymer Adhesive is easy. First, clean the build surface with water and soap, windex, or alcohol. Then, apply the adhesive evenly on the build surface. After that, you can start printing your part. When it comes to removing the part, for low - temp materials (under 300°C), you can usually remove the part once the plate cools. Materials like PLA or PETG may pop off on their own. If it sticks, apply some water around the base of the part to help it release. When printing ABS on glass, we recommend using Kapton Tape, PEI, or another protective surface on top of the glass before applying the adhesive, as ABS cools quickly and may damage the glass. For high - temp materials (over 300°C), remove the part as fast as possible while the buildplate and part are still hot, as these materials can contract rapidly when cooling and break the glass. Keep the adhesive in a cool, dry place and clean the applicator brush after each use to maintain its performance.
