The textured side in the PEI PRO HF Version is black, and it features the Phaser FPV logo in red at the bottom. Made by Energetic, this build plate is a must-have. With a PEI coated build sheet, take your 3D printing to new heights. No more worries about glue sticks or prints not sticking. Just clean the bed with isopropyl alcohol, start printing, and when done, flex the build sheet to easily remove the print. Advantages abound: it never warps or rusts, helps new users get the first layer easily, is flexible, removable, and sticks well to magnets. It suits various filaments, especially PLA. Cleaning is a breeze - just flex the plate a bit after the print cools. It also has fast heater performance, reducing waiting time. This is a lifetime 3D printer bed. The smooth PEI has a 0.2MM thickness with 3M468 tape. The material is 100% real Ultem1000 (PEI) in amber color with a matte surface, made in Europe. The spring steel sheet is flat, flexible, and adheres excellently to the bed magnet. The PEI comes with pre - applied 3m tape, bubble - free. Recommended print temps are: PLA – 60C, HTPLA – 60C, PETG – 70 - 80C, PCTG – 70 - 80C, ABS – 100C.
Using this 3D printer build plate is a piece of cake. First, clean the bed with isopropyl alcohol before you start printing. Then set the right temperature according to the filament you're using - for example, 60C for PLA. When printing PETG, PCTG, or TPU, to avoid bonding these materials to the PEI surface and damaging it, spray some hairspray or use a PVA gluestick before printing. After the print is done, wait until the plate is close to room temperature (under 30C) before removing the part. To remove the 3D print, simply take out the spring steel plate, flex it a little, and the print will pop off easily. For maintenance, keep it clean with isopropyl alcohol. This plate is very durable, but try to avoid scratching the surface. With proper use and care, it'll serve you well for a long time.
