Product Information

The Phaetus neXtG Hotend is a high - performance hotend designed for 3D printing. It features an Ultra High Flow Rate (UHF) design. With a new heating element and a unique hotend design, along with an ultra - high - flow groove adapter, it can expand the melting zone and reach a maximum flow rate of up to 45 mm³/s. Its rigid kinematic coupling system ensures high rigidity of the heating block and reduces heat transfer to the heat sink. This rigid structure protects the heating block and heatbreak in different printing scenarios. Changing the nozzle is a one - hand operation, and the heatbreak is well - protected even if the nozzle is overtightened. It is compatible with V6 nozzles, offering more nozzle choices. The neXtG Hotend has the same footprint as a Dragon Hotend, making it suitable for most Dragon hotend attachment systems and can also be used on Prusa printers with a groove mount adapter. It uses an efficient ceramic heating plate, which is cost - effective and easy to maintain. This hotend can be used right away on Voron and Prusa 3D printers and can be adapted for Creality 3D printers with special adapters. The package includes a neXtG hotend, UHF Silicone Sock, Groove Mount Adapter, and many other useful accessories. Technical specs include a size of 52.4x23x30mm, a net weight of 40g, copper alloy nozzles of 0.4/0.6mm, a nozzle temperature of 280°C+, a 104NT thermistor, an all - metal heatbreak, and support for various filaments like PLA, ABS, etc.

Using the Phaetus neXtG Hotend is quite straightforward. First, install it on your 3D printer according to the printer model. For Voron and Prusa printers, you can use it directly; for Creality printers, you'll need special adapters. When changing the nozzle, you can do it with one hand. Make sure not to overtighten the nozzle, but even if you do, the heatbreak is protected. As for maintenance, since it uses a ceramic heating plate, it's cost - effective and easy to take care of. Keep an eye on the heating element and the heatbreak for any signs of wear. When using different filaments, adjust the nozzle temperature according to the filament's requirements. Remember to clean the nozzle regularly to ensure a smooth flow of filament. Also, make sure all the cables are properly connected to avoid any electrical issues. If you're using the included accessories, follow the instructions for their installation. Overall, with proper use and maintenance, this hotend will serve you well in your 3D printing projects.
