Product Information

Are you in Australia and seeking to buy a Prusa MINI Spring Steel Sheet? The MK52 heatbed comes with embedded high Curie temperature magnets that firmly hold removable spring steel sheets. Our Satin sheet broadens our print sheet range. It strikes a perfect balance between smooth and textured variants in terms of printing. Its powder-coated surface with a lightly textured matte finish provides excellent adhesion, especially for PLA and PETG. It's compatible with a wide array of filaments, from common ones like ABS and ASA to less-common ones like FlexFill 98A and Polycarbonate. Most materials can be printed without a separation layer. Polycarbonate prints better on the satin sheet compared to smooth and textured ones. When printing with PC frequently, using a glue stick layer is recommended to avoid potential damage. Find detailed usage and maintenance instructions in our knowledge base. Warning: Never clean the Satin powder-coated spring steel sheet with acetone as it can cause microfractures and surface deterioration. Note: Consumable parts like PEI sheets aren't covered by warranty as the coatings wear out over time, except for defects in materials or workmanship. Cosmetic damage isn't covered either. Only defective sheets on arrival are under warranty. Browse more Prusa Mini, Prusa, filaments, and 3D printing products.

Using the Prusa MINI Double-sided Powder-coated Satin Spring Steel Sheet is easy. First, attach it to the MK52 heatbed which has magnets to hold it firmly. You can start printing a wide variety of filaments right away, and most don't need a separation layer. For polycarbonate, using a glue stick layer can prevent damage to the sheet. When it comes to maintenance, never use acetone to clean the sheet as it can cause long - term damage. Keep in mind that consumable parts like this sheet have limited warranty. Cosmetic damages such as scratches, dents, or cracks are not covered, but if the sheet arrives defective, it's under warranty. Check our knowledge base for more details on usage and upkeep.
