Product Information

Are you searching for a TS100 D24 soldering tip in Australia? Phaser FPV has a full range of TS100 tips and all the spare parts. The TS100 D24 Soldering Tip is perfect for tight spaces where you need to melt a good amount of solder. Our TS100 tip range includes various types: the standard conical B2 Tip, the cone - shaped BC2 Tip with an angled flat end, the large blade K Tip for tight spots, the large snub - nosed C4 Tip for jobs with more solder, the small flat - head - screwdriver - like D24 Tip, the narrow long I Tip for delicate work, the longer thinner ILS Tip, the smaller KU Tip, and the C1 Tip similar to BC2 but longer for tight spaces. This set includes a TS - D24 tip about 105mm long. We also sell the TS100 iron with different tips and offer other Miniware products and soldering accessories.

Using the Miniware TS100 soldering tips is easy. First, make sure your soldering iron is turned off and cooled down. Then, insert the tip (like the TS - D24) into the iron carefully. When you're ready to solder, turn on the iron and wait for it to heat up. Use the tip to touch the solder and the area you want to join, and the solder will melt. When using these tips, be careful not to touch the hot tip with your fingers as it can cause burns. Also, avoid using excessive force on the tip, which could damage it. For maintenance, after each use, turn off the iron and let it cool. You can clean the tip gently with a damp sponge to remove any excess solder. Store the tips in a dry place to prevent rusting. If you notice the tip is not working well or has a lot of oxidation, it might be time to replace it.
