Product Information

Most drone pilots face issues with their drones' GPS. GPS modules are slow and prone to interference, making you wait minutes for a fix. This not only drains the battery but also causes extra interference and potential overheating of quad components. After a flight, when you change the quad battery, the GPS needs a hot - start fix. ViFly's GPS - mate is here to solve these problems. It's an external power module dedicated to your GPS. It also has the VIFLY Finder 2 functions. When the quad battery is connected, it works as a standard buzzer controlled via your radio. And when the main battery is ejected, it helps you find your lost drone. Key features include acting as a power source for your GPS, a lost model buzzer, recharging during normal use, and an on/off switch. Specifications: Weight 3.5g, Size 26x20x8mm, LiPo size 3.7V 50mAH, Buzzer Working Time up to 4 hours, Input Voltage 0.5 - 5.5V, Charging Time 1.5 Hours, Output Current up to 80mA, Buzzer Volume up to 90dB. The package includes 1 x ViFly GPS Mate, 1 x 4 Pin Cable, 1 x 5 Pin Cable, and 1 x Manual.

Using the ViFly GPS Mate is easy. First, connect it to your GPS unit using the provided 4 - pin or 5 - pin cable. Once connected, it will act as a power source for your GPS, allowing for faster fixes. To use the buzzer function, make sure the quad battery is connected or ejected as required. When connected to the quad battery, you can control the buzzer via your radio. If the main battery is ejected, it will work independently to help you find your lost drone. For charging, simply connect it to a power source with an input voltage of 0.5 - 5.5V. It will take about 1.5 hours to fully charge. Keep in mind that the buzzer can work for up to 4 hours. Store it in a cool, dry place when not in use. If you notice any issues with charging or the buzzer function, refer to the manual or contact our support team.
