Product Information

Are you in Australia and eager to buy PolyMaker PolyFlex TPU90 Flexible Filament? PolyFlex™ is a top - notch family of flexible materials. It's an ideal choice for applications that demand both high flexibility and durability. PolyFlex™️ TPU90, from Covestro’s Addigy®️ family, is a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) filament. It offers great flexibility without slowing down the printing speed and can resist UV light and sunlight. Print Settings: Nozzle Temperature: 210˚C – 230˚C; Printing Speed: 30mm/s – 60mm/s; Bed Temperature: 25˚C – 60˚C; Bed Surface: Glass, BuilTak®; Cooling Fan: ON. Note these settings are based on a 0.4 mm nozzle and Simplify 3D v.3.1, and may vary with different printers and nozzle diameters. Mechanical Properties: 100% Modulus: 6.17 ± 0.19 Mpa; Tensile Strength: 30.0 ± 0.66 Mpa; Elongation at Break: 568.8 ± 15.3 (%); Shore Hardness: 90A. Drying Settings: 70˚C for 8h. You can also browse all PolyMaker Filament, TPU Filament, and Specialty Filaments.

Using the PolyMaker PolyFlex TPU90 filament is easy. First, set your printer according to the recommended settings. The nozzle temperature should be between 210˚C and 230˚C, and the printing speed can be from 30mm/s to 60mm/s. Keep the bed temperature between 25˚C and 60˚C, and use a glass or BuilTak® bed surface. Make sure the cooling fan is turned on. Before using, dry the filament at 70˚C for 8 hours to get the best results. As for maintenance, store the filament in a dry place to prevent moisture absorption. If you notice any issues with the print quality, check the printer settings again as they may vary depending on your printer model and nozzle diameter.
