Using the Bambu 3D Effect Sheets is a great way to enhance your 3D prints. First, you need to manually install the sheets on the steel plate. It's best to use them on Bambu Lab's official steel plate or Bambu Engineering Plate. If you're using an existing plate, make sure to remove the previous sheet and clean off any glue residue completely, then let the surface dry. When using these sheets, set the Plate Type to Smooth PEI/High Temp Plate in Bambu Studio and follow the Heatbed Recommended Settings. For printing, we recommend using PLA and TPU filaments. If you're an X1 Series user, disable the Build Plate Position Detection when printing with the 3D Effect Sheets. Since the 3D effect patterns need a clean surface to show, avoid getting grease on them. You can clean the sheets with hot water and detergent. Also, don't touch the surface too much. Due to reflections, the LIDAR calibration may not work well with the Effect Sheets, so you can either skip the calibration or do it with a regular plate. These sheets are consumables, so to make the transfer textures last longer, place your print objects on different areas of the sheet. Don't apply glue to the sheet surface and be careful when using a scraper to remove prints to avoid damaging the sheet.
