Product Information

Are you in Australia and looking to buy an E3D Revo Replacement Heater Core? The Revo HeaterCore is a great heating and sensing solution for E3D’s RapidChange Revo ecosystem. It combines a powerful heater and temperature probe in a small, handy package. The HeaterCore attaches to a Revo - compatible cold side with a Revo HeaterCore spring (included). Then, just screw in a Revo Nozzle for easy, tool - free nozzle swaps without hot tightening. It heats up much faster than a regular heater block and is safer too. With a positive temperature coefficient (PTC), power reduces as it gets hotter, lowering risks during thermal runaway. It's compatible with many well - known 3D printers like Creality CR and Ender series, Prusa, Anet, Biqu, Monoprice, etc. Check our 3D printer upgrade guides for more info. Note: This product comes in 12V or 24V. Check your 3D printer’s power supply before buying. If you need help, check this blog. Also, choose the right thermistor type for your firmware. For example, E3D setups often use the 104 - NT thermistor (number 5 in marlin), and Creality machines need the 100k option (number 1 in marlin). The kit includes 1 x Revo HeaterCore (12V or 24V), 1 x Revo HeaterCore spring, and 1 x Revo HeaterCore sock. Browse all Revo and E3D products.

Using the E3D Revo Replacement Heater Core is easy. First, attach the HeaterCore to a Revo - compatible cold side using the included Revo HeaterCore spring. Then, screw in a Revo Nozzle, and you're ready to go for simple nozzle swaps. When buying, make sure to check your 3D printer's power supply to pick either the 12V or 24V version. Also, select the appropriate thermistor type according to your printer's firmware. To keep it in good shape, avoid overheating and handle it gently. If there are any issues, refer to our 3D printer upgrade guides or the blog for help.
