Product Information

Are you in Australia and searching for a high - quality build plate for your Voron 250mm 3D printer? Look no further! This Energetic 254x254mm PEI coated and textured spring steel sheet is the perfect choice. It has two sides: a smooth one and a textured one. With a PEI coated build sheet, you can take your 3D printing to new heights. Say goodbye to glue sticks and painters tape. Just clean the bed with isopropyl alcohol, start the print, and when it's done, flex the build sheet, and the print will easily pop off. Advantages? It never warps or rusts. New users can easily get a great first layer. It's flexible, removable, and sticks well to magnets. It suits a variety of filaments, especially PLA. Cleaning is a breeze - just flex the plate a bit after the print cools. It has fast heater performance, reducing waiting time after printing. It's truly a lifetime 3D printer bed. Features include a 0.2MM thick smooth PEI with 3M468 tape. The material is 100% real Ultem1000 (PEI) in amber color with a matte surface, made in Europe. The spring steel sheet is flat, flexible, and adheres extremely well to the bed magnet. The PEI comes with pre - applied 3M tape, bubble - free. Recommended print temps are 60C for PLA and HTPLA, 70 - 80C for PETG and PCTG, and 100C for ABS.

Using this Energetic spring steel build plate is a piece of cake. First, clean the bed with isopropyl alcohol before starting a print. When it comes to printing PETG, PCTG, or TPU, apply hairspray or PVA gluestick on the PEI surface to prevent damage. After the print is finished, wait until the plate is close to room temperature (under 30C) before removing the part. To remove the 3D print, simply take out the spring steel plate, flex it, and the print will pop off easily. For maintenance, keep the plate clean. If it gets dirty, use isopropyl alcohol to clean it. Store it in a dry place to avoid any rusting. And don't worry about warping, this plate is built to last a lifetime.
