Product Information

Are you in Australia looking to buy an Energetic PEI-coated and textured spring steel build plate for your Bambu Labs X1? This 257.5x257.5mm plate is double-sided and has no magnet. The textured side is black in the PEI PRO HF version and features the Phaser FPV logo in red at the bottom. It's made by Energetic, a third - party, not Bambu Labs. With a PEI - coated build sheet, take your 3D printing to new heights. No more worries about glue sticks, painter's tape, or prints not sticking. Just clean the bed with isopropyl alcohol, start printing, and when done, flex the sheet to pop off the print. Advantages include no warping or rusting, easy first - layer printing even for new users, flexibility, removability, and strong magnet adhesion. It can last 6 - 12 months or more depending on care. Recommended print temps are 60°C for PLA, 70 - 80°C for PETG, and 100 - 110°C for ABS.

Using this spring steel build plate is a breeze. First, clean the bed with isopropyl alcohol before starting a print. For general hard plastics like PLA, PETG, PCTG, ABS, and Nylon, set the print temperatures as recommended. But be careful with the first layer when printing PETG, PCTG, or Nylon on the PEI surface. Apply a glue stick before printing to avoid bonding the plastic to the surface and damaging it. When removing parts, wait until the plate is close to room temperature (under 30°C). Then, simply remove the spring steel plate, flex it, and the print will pop off. For flexible materials like TPU and TPE, print only on the textured surface. To remove these prints, set the heat bed to 100°C. Once it reaches at least 80°C, pull the part while spraying isopropyl around it. Then turn off the heater bed. To keep your build plate in good condition, clean it regularly with isopropyl alcohol and store it in a dry place.
