This Energetic spring steel sheet is a game-changer for your 3D printing. It's double-sided with no magnet. The textured side is black in the PEI PRO HF Version and features the Phaser FPV logo in red at the bottom. With a PEI coated build sheet, you'll never need glue sticks or painters tape again. Just clean the bed with isopropyl alcohol, start printing, and when done, flex the sheet to easily remove the print. Advantages include no warping or rusting, easy first layer for new users, flexibility, great magnet adhesion, suitability for various filaments (especially PLA), easy cleaning, fast heater performance, and it's a lifetime 3D printer bed. It has a smooth PEI of 0.2MM thickness with 3M468 tape. The material is 100% real Ultem1000 (PEI) in amber color with a matte surface, made in Europe. The spring steel sheet is flat, flexible, and sticks well to the bed magnet. The PEI comes with pre-applied 3m tape, bubble-free. Recommended print temps are 60C for PLA and HTPLA, 70 - 80C for PETG and PCTG, and 100C for ABS.
Using this spring steel sheet is easy. First, clean the bed with isopropyl alcohol before starting your print. When printing PETG, PCTG, or TPU, apply hairspray or PVA gluestick to prevent damage to the PEI surface. After printing, wait until the plate is close to room temperature (under 30C) before removing the print. To remove the print, simply take out the spring steel plate, flex it a bit, and the print will pop off. For maintenance, keep it clean and dry. It's a durable product that won't warp or rust, so you can use it for a long time.
