The Gigabyte M30 1TB SSD is a high-performance storage solution. It features an M.2 2280 form factor and uses a PCI-Express 3.0 x4 interface with NVMe 1.3 protocol. With sequential read speeds of up to 3500 MB/s and sequential write speeds of up to 3000 MB/s, it ensures fast data transfer. It supports advanced LDPC error correction, TRIM, and S.M.A.R.T. The external 2Gb DDR3L cache enhances performance. It has an efficient thermal solution using a 2oz copper PCB. The SSD comes with a limited 5-year or 650TBW warranty. It uses 3D TLC NAND Flash, has random read IOPS up to 308K and random write IOPS up to 332K. Its dimensions are 22 x 2.3 x 80 mm, with a mean time between failure of 2 million hours. Power consumption is low, and it can operate in temperatures from 0°C to 70°C and be stored from -40°C to 85°C.
