Product Information

Get the ultimate ND filters with top - notch impact and glare protection! The well - loved Shock Mod clear lens protectors are now available as Neutral Density filters. Protect your GoPro's glass and cut down on glare with these Camera Butter Shock mod ND filters. If you use your action camera for real action, these are the perfect ND filters for you. This updated version works with the new Hero 13 auto lens detection. Crafted from durable aircraft aluminium and ultra - tough Corning Gorilla Glass, the Shock Mod ND filters have tabs at the top and bottom. These tabs shield the glass from impacts and act as a mini lens hood to reduce sun glare. Features include: tabs protecting the glass, keeping the internal lens safer; tabs reducing sun glare without getting in the video's way, even in 8:7 mode; an anti - glare inner coating; and a nano - coating to repel water, oils, and dirt. Installation is a breeze - just twist off the original lens cover and twist on the Shock Mod ND. It has wide compatibility, fitting most GoPro models and mounts, but not the dive case or some mounts that cover part of the lens. Note that the GoPro Hero 13 shows ND64 as ND32, but it still works fine.

Using the Camera Butter Shock Mod ND Filter is easy. First, remove the existing lens or cover from your GoPro. Twist it 90 degrees parallel to the camera, and you can pull it away slightly if needed. Next, take off the protective stickers on the front and back of the filter. Place the filter on the camera with the metal bars on the filter horizontal. While pushing it down towards the camera, twist it 90 degrees until it sits square on the GoPro and the Camera Butter Logo is at the top. Make sure it's properly seated and flush with the camera. If it's crooked or loose, take it off and reinstall. For maintenance, since the filter is nano - coated, you can easily wipe off water, oils, and dirt. Just use a soft cloth. Also, be careful when handling it to avoid scratching the glass. Remember, the GoPro Hero 13 doesn't support auto lens detect correctly with an ND64, but it will still function okay, showing as an ND32.
