Product Information

Are you looking to buy the Matek Digital Airspeed Sensor ASPD - 4525 in Australia? This sensor offers great features and specifications. It has a board supply voltage of 4 - 6V DC and uses the MS4525DO sensor. With a working current of only 5mA, it's energy - efficient. The output is via I2C (SCL & SDA). It can handle a pressure range of 1 PSI (6.89kPa) and a maximum pressure of 20 PSI (137.9kPa). Operating from - 40°C to 125°C, it's suitable for various environments. It has an accuracy of ±0.25% SPAN and a red LED power indicator. The JST - GH sequence is 5V, SCL, SDA, GND, and the sensor board weighs just 3.5g. The package includes the ASPD - 4525 Sensor Board, a JST - GH to JST - GH 20cm silicon cable, a Pitot Tube, and a 40cm clear silicon tubing. Browse more Wing Accessories and MATEK products.

Using the Matek Digital Airspeed Sensor ASPD - 4525 is easy. First, connect the power supply with a voltage between 4 - 6V DC. The red LED will light up to show it's powered on. Then, connect the I2C output (SCL & SDA) to your device. Make sure to attach the Pitot Tube and the silicon tubing correctly for accurate airspeed measurement. When using it, keep in mind that the sensor can handle a maximum pressure of 20 PSI, so don't expose it to higher pressures. It can work in temperatures from - 40°C to 125°C, but extreme temperatures may affect its performance a bit. For maintenance, keep the sensor clean and dry. If there's any dust on the board or tubing, gently clean it with a soft brush. Store it in a cool and dry place when not in use.
