Product Information

The TBS Lucid Freestyle Stack 8S 60A is TBS's latest engineering marvel. Ideal for racing and freestyle flying, it suits both expert pilots and newbies. It features the latest AT32 microprocessors with AM32 flight control software and an innovative bracket mounting. This design gives amazing power density without heat issues around mounting poles and fits both 30.5 x 30.5mm and 20 x 20mm mounting patterns. It's super versatile, compatible with all kinds of quads from 3” to 11” propellers, 3S - 8S, and any digital or analog video system. There's a MPU6000 (Pro) variant for pros and an ICM - 42688P (Freestyle) version with a great gyro at a better price. The FC has features like a 288MHz MCU, ICM - 42688P gyro, 4 motors with telemetry and current sensor, and more. The ESC runs on AlkaMotors32 (AM32) software, has a 70A x 4 rated current, and supports up to 11' propellers. The innovative 'Gorilla' mount provides superior power delivery and frame developers can integrate it into new frames with backwards compatibility through brackets.

Using the TBS Lucid Freestyle Stack 8S 60A is a breeze. First, make sure to choose the right variant according to your skill level and needs - the MPU6000 (Pro) for professionals and the ICM - 42688P (Freestyle) for general use. When installing, use the innovative bracket mounting which is designed to avoid heat buildup. It can fit different mounting patterns, so pick the one that matches your quad. Connect it to your quad's motors, and ensure the power input is within the specified 3S - 8S range. For propellers, up to 11' are supported, but over 7' requires good airflow. As for maintenance, keep it clean from dust and debris. Check the connections regularly to make sure they are tight. Store it in a dry place when not in use. Also, follow the safety guidelines when handling the power input to avoid any electrical hazards.
