Product Information

Are you in Australia searching for a high - quality soldering tip replacement? Look no further! Phaser FPV offers a wide range of soldering tips and all the necessary spare parts. The TS100 I Soldering Tip is ideal for narrow spaces or jobs requiring just a small amount of solder. It's compatible with our TS100, TS101, and Pinecil irons. Besides the I tip, we also sell a variety of other tips for the TS100. For example, the B2 is a standard conical tip; the BC2 has a cone - shape with an angled flat tip; the K is a large blade for tight spots; the C4 is a large snub - nosed tip for jobs with more solder; the D24 is like a flat - head screwdriver; the I is for small delicate jobs; the ILS is a longer and thinner version of the I tip; the KU is a smaller version of the K tip; and the C1 is similar to the BC2 but has a longer tip for tight spaces. Browse our other soldering products such as all TS100/TS101, Pinecil V2, TS80 & TS80P, TS1C, soldering irons, Miniware items, and soldering tips & consumables.

Using these soldering tips is easy. First, make sure your soldering iron (TS100, TS101, or Pinecil) is turned off and cooled down. Then, remove the old tip and insert the new one. When soldering, keep the tip clean by wiping it on a damp sponge regularly. This helps the solder flow better. For small and delicate jobs, use the I or ILS tip. For tight spots, the K or KU tip works great. When you're done soldering, turn off the iron and let it cool completely. Store the tips in a dry place to prevent rusting. Don't use excessive force when inserting or removing the tips to avoid damage. If the tip gets dirty or oxidized, you can clean it with a tip cleaner.
