Are you searching for Bambu Lab PLA Tough Filament in Australia? Bambu PLA Tough is a top - notch 3D printing filament. It combines the advantages of regular PLA with extra durability and strength. It's 20% tougher and stronger than regular PLA, making it perfect for applications needing better mechanical properties. It also gives a more glossy and smooth finish, great for creating eye - catching objects and models. All printing parameters are embedded in RFID, which can be read via our AMS (Automatic Material System). Just load and print, no more annoying setting steps. Recommended printing settings include drying at 55 °C for 8 h before printing, keeping container humidity below 20% RH (sealed, with desiccant), using a nozzle temperature of 190 - 230 °C, a bed temperature of 35 - 45 °C with PVP glue, and a printing speed below 300 mm/s. Physical properties are density of 1.26 g/cm³, Vicar softening temperature of 58 °C, heat deflection temperature of 55 °C, melting temperature of 158 °C, and melt index of 44.2 ± 3.5 g/10 min. Mechanical properties are tensile strength of 44 ± 2 MPa, breaking elongation rate of 8.2 ± 0.4 %, bending modulus of 2730 ± 170 MPa, bending strength of 92 ± 3 MPa, and impact strength of 31.2 ± 2.6 kJ/m². It comes with 1x filament & desiccant, instructions & spool sticker, and 1x filament label. After printing, follow the steps to assemble the printed spool. Using this Bambu Lab PLA Tough Filament is a breeze. First, dry the filament at 55 °C for 8 hours before printing. Make sure to keep the container's humidity below 20% RH by sealing it with a desiccant. When printing, set the nozzle temperature between 190 - 230 °C and the bed temperature at 35 - 45 °C with PVP glue. And don't print faster than 300 mm/s. After printing, assemble the printed spool as described. There are wide and narrow pieces and spacing shims. Find the locator on the wide piece and align it with the notch on the filament roll, then insert the wide piece. Next, insert the narrow piece and align the grooves. Rotate it clockwise until it locks. Also, install the spacing shim under the triangle and pull out the plastic strips.
