Product Information

Looking for high-quality carbon fiber nylon filament in Australia? Bambu Lab's PAHT-CF Filament is your go-to choice. It's a composite of PA12 and carbon fiber, inheriting the low water absorption of PA12 and the high performance of carbon fiber. With 50% lower water absorption than normal PA-CF, it maintains excellent mechanical properties and dimensional stability even in high humidity. It offers exceptional Z-bonding, high tensile strength, and is designed for high-temperature resistance up to 194℃. The reusable spool is high-temperature resistant and reduces plastic waste. All printing parameters are embedded in RFID for easy, intelligent printing. It also comes with accessory compatibility recommendations and detailed printing settings. Get your hands on this amazing filament for your engineering and industrial applications today!

Using Bambu Lab PAHT-CF Filament is easy. First, dry the filament at 80°C for 8 - 12 hours before printing. Keep the container's humidity below 20% RH with a desiccant. Set the nozzle temperature between 260 - 290 °C and the bed temperature (with PVP glue) at 80 - 100 °C. Print at a speed of less than 100 mm/s. Remember, this filament has high thermal insulation requirements, so it's not suitable for open-frame printers. For better drying, you can dry it at 80 ℃ for 5 hours in a filament dryer or 90 ℃ for 10 hours on a heat bed, but don't exceed 100 ℃ to avoid melting the spool. Check the Filament Drying Procedure on WIKI for more details. Also, refer to the Printing tips for Engineering materials on WIKI for better print results. After use, store the filament in a dry place to maintain its quality.
