Product Information

Inslogic PETG Pro (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol) filament is a top - notch choice for FDM 3D printers using 1.75 mm diameter filament with ±0.02 mm precision. It combines PLA's easy - printing nature with ABS's dimensional stability. This filament offers a great balance of toughness, strong bed adhesion, and stiffness, making it perfect for both functional and large - scale printing. With high durability and flexibility, it resists heat and chemicals like acid, petroleum, ester, and alcohol. Ideal for moulds, manufacturing fixtures, electronics housings, and insulating parts. Thanks to the glycol - modified PET, it's less brittle, has minimal shrinkage (0.1% - 0.5%), and hardly warps. It supports high - speed printing up to 600 mm/s for fast prototyping. The finished parts have a matte surface that hides layer lines and looks great. It's also compatible with Bambu Lab AMS and A1 mini. Inslogic PETG Pro is a cost - effective option for printing durable functional parts, especially those prone to impact or needing flexibility. Features include minimum warping, excellent layer adhesion, low shrinkage, high dimensional accuracy, good impact and chemical resistance, and high - speed compatibility. Specifications: 300 m length, 1 kg net weight, reusable spool and cardboard coil weigh 232 ± 3 g, total weight 1.233 ± 0.03 kg, 1.75 mm ± 0.02 mm diameter, 48 MPa tensile strength, 33% elongation at break, 78 Mpa flexural strength, 2700 Mpa flexural modulus, 65.5 ℃ glass transition temperature, 70 ℃ heat deflection temperature. Printing settings: dry at 55 °C for 4h, use 0.2, 0.4, 0.6 mm nozzle size, different nozzle temperatures and speeds based on print speed, 60 - 70 °C bed temperature, 100% cooling fan speed, and smooth PEI sheet or high - temperature plate as bed type. Note that these settings are a guide and may need adjustment for best results.

Using Inslogic PETG Pro filament is quite straightforward. First, dry the filament at 55 °C for 4 hours before use to get rid of any moisture. Then, choose a suitable nozzle size from 0.2, 0.4, or 0.6 mm. The nozzle temperature and printing speed depend on how fast you want to print. For slower speeds, set the nozzle temperature between 230 - 240 °C; for medium speeds, 240 - 255 °C; and for high - speed printing up to 600 mm/s, set it between 255 - 270 °C. Keep the bed temperature at 60 - 70 °C and the cooling fan at 100% speed. Use a smooth PEI sheet or a high - temperature plate as the bed. Remember, these settings might need some fine - tuning for your specific 3D printer. As for maintenance, store the filament in a dry place to prevent it from absorbing moisture. If you notice any warping or poor layer adhesion during printing, adjust the temperature settings a bit. Also, since the material properties can vary based on part shape, print direction, and other factors, test - print small parts first to get the best results for your project.
