This PLA - based filament has 15% wood particles, giving it a beautiful matte surface with a real wood - like look and feel. When printing, you'll enjoy a lovely woodshop smell that lingers briefly. The collection uses advanced foaming technology with real wood particles, making it easy to print with low risks of nozzle clogging, brittleness, or jamming. It can support high - quality prints at speeds up to 400 mm/s, feeding smoothly into the extruder without breaking. It's also compatible with Bambu Lab AMS and A1 mini. The filament has real wood particles, an elegant matte surface, and a pleasant wood scent. Its optimized formula reduces hassles. Nozzle temperature and printing speed: 195 - 205°C at 50 - 100 mm/s, 205 - 215°C at 100 - 150 mm/s, and 215 - 260°C at 150 - 400 mm/s. Bed temperature should be 50 - 60 °C, cooling fan speed at 100%, and use a textured PEI sheet or cool plate as the bed type. The settings are a guide, and you may need to fine - tune for your printer.








Using this Inslogic WoodFill PLA filament is a breeze. First, make sure to dry it at 50 °C for 4 hours before use. This helps to get rid of any moisture that could affect the printing quality. When it comes to the nozzle, you can choose a size of 0.2, 0.4, or 0.6 mm depending on your project needs. The nozzle temperature and printing speed are important. You can start with 195 - 205°C at a speed of 50 - 100 mm/s. As you get more comfortable, you can increase the speed and temperature as recommended in the specifications. Set your bed temperature between 50 - 60 °C and turn the cooling fan to 100% for better results. Use a textured PEI sheet or a cool plate as the bed. Remember, different printers have different characteristics, so you might need to adjust these settings a bit to get the best print. Also, keep in mind that the material properties can change based on how you design your part, how you orient it during printing, and the temperature. As for maintenance, store the filament in a dry place to prevent it from absorbing moisture. If you notice any issues like nozzle clogging, try to clean the nozzle gently.
