Product Information

PolyLite™ is a top - notch 3D printing filament line crafted from premium raw materials, offering outstanding quality and reliability. PolyLite™ PLA - CF is a carbon fiber - reinforced PLA filament with 8% milled carbon fiber by weight. It's designed to print rigid models with a high - quality matte finish that hides layer lines. This filament combines stiffness, great dimensional stability, and a smooth matte surface. Key features include: a smooth matte carbon - fiber surface finish, perfect for hobbyists and designers, offering an aesthetically pleasing look at a reasonable cost; balanced mechanical properties, providing high stiffness, good strength, and improved toughness; easy printing, with excellent dimensional accuracy and Jam - Free™ technology to prevent nozzle jams; and uncompromised quality, made with top - grade ingredients like Ingeo® from Natureworks. Specifications: 1.75mm diameter and 1kg spool weight. Also, explore other Polymaker filaments like ASA, ABS, Nylon, etc.

Using the Polymaker PolyLite Matte PLA - CF filament is a breeze. First, set your printer's bed temperature between 25°C and 60°C and apply a thin layer of glue stick on the printing surface. Load the 1.75mm filament onto your 3D printer. Thanks to its Jam - Free™ technology, you don't have to worry about nozzle jams caused by heat creep. When it comes to storage, keep the filament in a dry place. Moisture can affect its performance. If you notice the filament getting a bit brittle, it might have absorbed some moisture, so you can dry it out before use. After each print, make sure to clean the nozzle to keep it in good condition and ensure consistent print quality. With this filament, you can create beautiful, rigid models with a smooth matte finish for various projects.
