Product Information

Choose the right wire thickness for your needs. All prices are per meter. Here's an estimate of the max current for each thickness. The bold ones are in stock. 12AWG Wire - 160A (only in XT60 Pigtail), 14AWG Wire - 120A, 16AWG Wire - 80A, 18AWG Wire - 45A, 20AWG Wire - 27A, 22AWG Wire - 17A, 26AWG Wire - Signals Only, 28AWG Wire - Signals only. 12 AWG is for XT60 pigtail in high - performance 5″ racing quads. 14 AWG suits XT60 pigtail in medium - power 5″ racing quads. 16 AWG works for XT30 and XT60 pigtail with low power up to 80A burst. 18 AWG is good for XT30, ESC power, and motor wire extension up to 45A burst. 20 AWG is for motor wire extension. Connectors also have current limits. Choose them carefully to avoid system bottlenecks. Here are the ratings: JST connector - 5A (10A), 2mm bullet connectors - 20A (40A), XT30 - 30A (60A), XT60 connectors - 60A (120A). Our stocked wire is silicone, flexible, heat - proof (200 degrees max for non - signal wires), and has a tinned copper structure. Browse all silicone wire or all wire.

Using this wire is quite straightforward. First, pick the right thickness according to your device's current needs. If you're using it in a racing quad, match the wire gauge to the quad's power level as described. When connecting the wire, make sure to choose the appropriate connector based on the current requirements. For example, if you need a high - current connection, use an XT60 connector. Be careful not to exceed the current limits of both the wire and the connector to prevent overheating and damage. When it comes to maintenance, keep the wire away from sharp objects that could cut it. Store it in a cool, dry place. If the wire gets dirty, you can gently wipe it with a dry cloth. And remember, the signal wires have different heat ratings, so don't expect them to handle high temperatures like the power wires.
