Early production samples had a silkscreen issue with UART3 RX and TX markings, but this has been fixed. The TBS Lucid flight stack is TBS's latest engineering marvel, perfect for racing and freestyle. It suits both experienced pilots and newbies. The TBS Lucid Flight controller, a 20x20 gem, is built for the Lucid flight stack and compatible with all 20x20 ESCs. It's designed for the TBS Crossfire & TBS Tracer ecosystem but works with any radio receiver. There are plug-and-play connectors for the DJI O3 digital system and 4in1 ESCs, following Betaflight standards. Solder pads for auxiliary devices are easy to solder and logically arranged for your favorite drone frames like the TBS Source One. There's a MPU6000 (Pro) variant for pros, and the ICM - 42688P (Freestyle) version offers a great gyro solution at a better price. Specifications include an AT32F435RMT7 MCU at 288MHz, ICM - 42688P gyro, 4 motors with telemetry and current sensor, 9V 2.5A and 5V 2A BEC, AT7456E OSD, 8M blackbox, 6 UARTs, 3S - 6S input, 31mm*29mm size, 20mm*20mm mounting, and 4.51g weight. Using the TBS Lucid FC Freestyle is straightforward. First, install it in your drone frame using the provided M3 screws and rubber dampers. Connect the FC - to - ESC cable and DJI O3 cable as they are plug - and - play. Make sure to follow the default port assignments for different devices like ESC telemetry, DJI O3 units, and receivers. When powering it, use a 3S - 6S battery. For maintenance, keep it clean from dust and debris.
