Product Information

Looking for Bambu Lab ABS filament in Australia? Our Bambu Labs ABS filament comes without a spool. You can reuse your other Bambu Labs spool. Just twist it apart and place this filament in, then attach the RFID tag so your Bambu Labs AMS system can detect it automatically. All printing parameters are embedded in the RFID, which can be read through our AMS. It's super easy - just load and print, no more tedious settings! Here are the recommended printing settings: dry at 80 °C for 8 hours before printing, keep the container's humidity below 20% RH (sealed with desiccant), set the nozzle temperature between 240 - 270 °C, the bed temperature with PVP glue between 80 - 100 °C, and the printing speed below 300 mm/s. The filament has specific physical and mechanical properties. For example, its density is 1.05 g/cm³ and tensile strength is 41 ± 1 MPa. During printing, be aware that pungent odors may be released, so place your printer in a well - ventilated area. With your Bambu Lab 3D printer, you can print your own spool using the built - in model. After printing, you'll get a wide piece, a narrow piece, and two spacing shims. Follow the simple assembly steps provided. The package includes 1x filament and desiccant, instructions and a spool sticker, and a filament label. We offer Bambu Lab ABS in various colors like black, white, blue, red, and yellow. Also, explore our wide range of other 3D printing products.

Using this Bambu Lab ABS filament is easy. First, if you don't have a spool, you can reuse an old Bambu Labs spool. Twist it apart, put the new filament in, and attach the RFID tag for automatic detection. Before printing, dry the filament at 80 °C for 8 hours. Keep the container sealed with a desiccant to maintain low humidity. Set your printer's nozzle temperature between 240 - 270 °C, bed temperature with PVP glue between 80 - 100 °C, and printing speed below 300 mm/s. When printing, make sure your printer is in a well - ventilated area as it may release unpleasant odors. If you want to print your own spool, use the built - in model on your Bambu Lab 3D printer. After printing the spool parts, assemble them following the steps: insert the wide piece into the filament roll, then add the narrow piece and rotate it until it locks. Install the spacing shims under the triangle and remove the plastic strips. To store the filament, keep it in a dry place with low humidity. This will help maintain its quality for future use.
