Product Information

Are you searching for Bambu Lab PLA Matte Filament in Australia? This filament comes without a spool. You'll need to reuse your other Bambu Labs spool. Twist it apart and place this filament in it. Also, attach your RFID tag to the spool so the Bambu Labs AMS system can detect it automatically. All printing parameters are stored in the RFID, which can be read via the AMS. Just load and print, no more annoying setting steps! Recommended printing settings include pre - printing drying at 55 °C for 8 hours, keeping the container's humidity below 20% RH (sealed with a desiccant), a nozzle temperature of 190 - 230 °C, a bed temperature of 35 - 45 °C with PVP glue, and a printing speed below 300 mm/s. The filament has specific physical and mechanical properties. Its density is 1.31 g/cm³, Vicar softening temperature is 63 °C, heat deflection temperature is 58 °C, melting temperature is 163 °C, and melt index is 39.4 ± 3.2 g/10 min. In terms of mechanical properties, it has a tensile strength of 32 ± 3 MPa, a breaking elongation rate of 32.8 ± 4.3%, a bending modulus of 2360 ± 250 MPa, a bending strength of 53 ± 2 MPa, and an impact strength of 19.2 ± 3.7 kJ/m². The Bambu Lab 3D printer has a built - in spool model. Print Spool Part 1 and 2 from the files. After printing, you'll get a wide piece, a narrow piece, and two spacing shims. Align the locator on the wide piece with the notch on the filament roll and insert it. Then insert the narrow piece, align the grooves, and push it firmly into the wide piece. Rotate the narrow piece clockwise until it locks. Make sure to install the spacing shim inside the spool and tear out the plastic strips. For more on swapping with the Bambu Reusable Spool, visit the Wiki. What's included? 1x Filament & Desiccant, 1x Instructions & spool sticker, and 1x Filament Label. Also, you can browse various Bambu Lab products and other types of filaments and 3D printing supplies.

Using this Bambu Lab PLA Matte Filament is easy. First, if you don't have a spool, reuse your existing Bambu Labs spool. Take it apart, put the filament in, and attach the RFID tag. This will let your Bambu Labs AMS system detect the filament automatically. When it comes to printing, pre - dry the filament at 55 °C for 8 hours. Keep the container where the filament is stored dry, with humidity below 20% RH. Set your nozzle temperature between 190 - 230 °C and the bed temperature between 35 - 45 °C if you're using PVP glue. Don't print too fast; keep the speed below 300 mm/s. When it's time to use the spool, print the parts from the built - in files on your Bambu Lab 3D printer. After printing the spool parts, assemble them as described in the product description. Make sure to install the spacing shim and remove the plastic strips. As for maintenance, always keep the filament in a dry place and follow the recommended drying steps before each use. This will ensure the best printing results and a long lifespan for your filament.
