Discover the power of Bambu PPA-CF, a top - notch fibre - reinforced nylon that offers industrial - grade printing quality with exact 1:1 reproduction. This filament is a game - changer for engineering applications, from mechanical prototypes to automotive components. Its exceptional mechanical properties make it a reliable choice, even in humid or high - temperature environments.
With metal - like strength, Bambu PPA - CF is 48% stronger and 102% stiffer than normal PA6 - CF, making it perfect for high - performance engineering tasks and durable part replacements. It achieves industrial - grade precision, ensuring your prototypes match design drawings without warping.
In humid conditions, it performs stably with a 66% lower moisture absorption rate than normal PA6 - CF. Under high temperatures, it can withstand up to 227°C without losing integrity. Compatible with P1S, X1C, and X1E printers, it only requires an enclosure and a hardened steel nozzle and prints smoothly at 280 - 310°C.
Check out the detailed parameters comparison and accessory compatibility below. Experience Bambu PPA - CF and bring your designs to life!

Using Bambu PPA - CF Filament is easy. First, dry the filament in a blast drying oven at 100 - 140°C for 8 - 12 hours. Keep the printing and storage containers at a humidity of less than 20% RH, using a desiccant and sealing them. When printing, set the nozzle temperature between 280 - 310°C and the bed temperature at 100 - 120°C with glue. Print at a speed of less than 100 mm/s.
It's important to note that the performance of your prints can be affected by the printer, printing temperature, product orientation, wall loops, infill pattern, infill density, size, structure, and shape. The XY direction usually gives better results than the Z direction.
For accessories, use a smooth or textured PEI build plate. A hardened steel hotend of 0.4mm, 0.6mm (recommended), or 0.8mm is best. Avoid stainless - steel nozzle hotends and 0.2mm hardened - steel nozzle hotends. Use a Bambu Glue Stick instead of Bambu Liquid Glue.
To maintain the filament, always store it in a dry place. If it gets wet, re - dry it before use. With proper use and maintenance, you'll get the best performance from your Bambu PPA - CF Filament.
