Product Information

PolyLite™ is a top - notch 3D printing filament family crafted from premium raw materials, ensuring outstanding quality and reliability. PolyLite™ ASA is an excellent alternative to ABS, boasting enhanced weather resistance. Its UV and water resistance, along with great mechanical properties, make it ideal for real - world applications. The 'Lite' in Polylite means it's budget - friendly. Consider it as the base version of Polymaker's range, while Polymax offers more advanced features. Product features include UV resistance, water resistance, and it's an ABS alternative with a 105 - degree softening temperature. Print settings: nozzle temperature 240˚C – 260˚C, printing speed 30mm/s – 50mm/s, bed temperature 75˚C – 95˚C, use BuildTak® as the bed surface, and keep the cooling fan off. PolyLite specifications: Young’s Modulus 2379 ± 157 (MPa), Tensile Strength 43.8 ± 0.8 (MPa), Bending Strength 73.4 ± 2.1 (MPa), Charpy Impact Strength 10.3 ± 0.4 (kJ/m2), Glass Transition Temperature 97.8 (°C), Vicat Softening Temperature 112.3˚C.

Using this Polymaker PolyLite ASA Galaxy filament is easy. First, set your printer according to the recommended settings. The nozzle temperature should be between 240˚C and 260˚C, the printing speed at 30mm/s to 50mm/s, and the bed temperature from 75˚C to 95˚C. Make sure to use BuildTak® on the bed surface and keep the cooling fan off. When handling the filament, store it in a dry place to maintain its water - resistant property. If you notice any clogging in the nozzle, stop the print immediately and clean the nozzle carefully. This filament is great for various real - life projects because of its UV and water resistance. Just follow these steps and you'll get high - quality 3D prints every time.
