Product Information

Are you searching for Bambu Lab PLA Sparkle Filament in Australia? Bambu PLA Sparkle is an amazing aesthetic filament that combines strength with a sparkling look. Thanks to the metal particles in its makeup, it gives your 3D prints a unique sparkle, making them stand out. However, using a 0.2 mm nozzle for printing isn't recommended as it may cause clogging. Elevate your 3D printing projects with Bambu PLA Sparkle! It comes with RFID for intelligent printing. All printing parameters are stored in the RFID and can be read through the AMS (Automatic Material System), so you can load and print without the hassle of tedious settings. The recommended printing settings include drying at 55 °C for 8 hours before printing, keeping the container's humidity below 20% RH (sealed with a desiccant), a nozzle temperature of 190 - 230 °C, a bed temperature of 35 - 45 °C (with PVP glue), and a printing speed below 250 mm/s. The physical properties are a density of 1.26 g/cm³, a Vicar softening temperature of 57 °C, a heat deflection temperature of 55 °C, a melting temperature of 156 °C, and a melt index of 34.2 ± 3.3 g/10 min. The mechanical properties are a tensile strength of 39 ± 3 MPa, a breaking elongation rate of 11.7 ± 0.7 %, a bending modulus of 2350 ± 140 MPa, a bending strength of 75 ± 4 MPa, and an impact strength of 66.5 ± 3.6 kJ/m². The package includes 1x filament & desiccant, instructions & spool sticker, and 1x filament label. There are also instructions for the printed spool. When you finish printing, you'll have a wide piece, a narrow piece, and two spacing shims. Find the locator on the wide piece and align it with the notch on the inner ring of the filament roll, then insert the wide piece. Insert the narrow piece and align the grooves, push it firmly into the wide piece, then rotate it clockwise until it locks. Make sure to install the spacing shims inside the spool and tear out the plastic strips. Learn more about swapping the new filament with Bambu Reusable Spool on Wiki by clicking here.
