Product Information

Inslogic High-Speed PLA (Polylactic Acid) filament is a great choice for FDM 3D printers using 1.75 mm diameter filament with a precision of ±0.02 mm. It's made from biodegradable material, so it's environmentally friendly and doesn't need a heated print bed. With this filament, you can enjoy faster, easier, and more efficient 3D printing. It can achieve rapid printing without sacrificing quality or reliability. It has a high tensile strength of 54 MPa, ensuring durability and strength in every print. The exceptional fluidity allows for smoother, faster extrusion and quicker cooling, enabling high-quality prints at speeds up to 600 mm/s. It's optimized for high-volume printing, so you can create large and small objects in much less time. Whether you're an experienced 3D printing enthusiast or a beginner, this easy-to-use filament will help you turn your ideas into reality faster and more precisely. It's also compatible with Bambu Lab AMS and A1 mini. Why choose it? It offers fast, efficient 3D printing, delivering high-quality prints at up to 600 mm/s. It's suitable for both large and small objects, easy to use, and helps you bring your ideas to life quickly and reliably. Features include being easy to use, biodegradable and eco-friendly, compatible with super-fast printing speeds up to 600 mm/s, having improved flowability and inter-layer adhesion, and excellent quality and surface finish even at high speeds. Specifications: Length is 315 m, net weight is 1 kg, reusable spool and cardboard coil weight is 232 ± 3 g, total weight is 1.233 ± 0.03 kg, diameter is 1.75 mm ± 0.02 mm, tensile strength is 54 MPa, elongation at break is 13%, flexural strength is 75 Mpa, flexural modulus is 2357 Mpa, Shore D hardness is 81D, density is 1.26 g/cm³, and heat deflection temperature at 0.45 MPa is 57.3 ℃. Note that all specifications are lab-tested and material properties may vary based on part geometry, print orientation, print settings, and temperature. Printing settings: Drying at 50 °C for 4h, nozzle sizes of 0.2, 0.4, 0.6 mm, nozzle temperature and printing speed ranges are 190 - 210 °C at 50 - 150 mm/s, 200 - 230 °C at 150 - 300 mm/s, and 230 - 260 °C at 300 - 600 mm/s, bed temperature is 50 - 60 °C, cooling fan speed is 100%, and bed types are Textured PEI Sheet, Cool Plate. The settings are for guidance, and each printer may need fine - tuning for best results.

Using the Inslogic High - Speed PLA Filament is quite straightforward. First, dry the filament at 50 °C for 4 hours to get rid of any moisture. Then, load it into your FDM 3D printer that uses 1.75 mm diameter filament. Set the nozzle size to 0.2, 0.4, or 0.6 mm according to your needs. Adjust the nozzle temperature and printing speed based on the recommended ranges: 190 - 210 °C at 50 - 150 mm/s, 200 - 230 °C at 150 - 300 mm/s, and 230 - 260 °C at 300 - 600 mm/s. Set the bed temperature between 50 - 60 °C and the cooling fan speed to 100%. You can use a Textured PEI Sheet or a Cool Plate as the bed. Remember, material properties can change depending on the shape of the part, how you orient it for printing, the settings you choose, and the temperature. So, you might need to adjust the settings a bit to get the best results. When it comes to maintenance, keep the filament in a dry place to prevent it from absorbing moisture. If you're not using it for a long time, store it properly. And always follow the safety guidelines of your 3D printer while using this filament.
