Bambu PLA - CF is a carbon - fiber reinforced PLA filament. It offers enhanced stiffness and strength compared to regular PLA. It's super easy to print, making it perfect for beginners. It's compatible with the AMS system and has a low risk of clogging even during high - speed printing. The prints have a beautiful matte finish with almost invisible layer lines, which is great for general engineering parts or models that need a good look, such as bike frames, brackets, and toys. The carbon fiber adds a unique matte texture and effectively hides layer lines for a smooth, high - end appearance. You can pair it with any PLA series filament to make your prints more colorful and meet different texture needs. In terms of mechanical properties, it outperforms PLA Matte in multiple aspects by 20% - 115%, making it ideal for high - strength models. It has low shrinkage and good warping resistance, ensuring perfect matching accuracy between print parts. Support removal is easier than with regular PLA, leaving a smooth surface. Recommended printing settings include drying at 55 °C for 8 hours in humid environments, keeping container humidity below 20% RH, nozzle temperature at 210 - 240 °C, bed temperature with PVP glue at 35 - 45 °C, and a printing speed below 200 mm/s.






Using Bambu PLA - CF filament is quite straightforward. First, if you're in a humid environment, it's a good idea to dry the filament at 55 °C for 8 hours before printing. This helps ensure better print quality. When loading the filament, use the RFID feature to let the AMS read the printing parameters automatically. You won't have to set them up manually. Set the nozzle temperature between 210 - 240 °C and the bed temperature with PVP glue at 35 - 45 °C. Keep the printing speed below 200 mm/s for smooth results. Try to keep the container's humidity below 20% RH by sealing it with a desiccant. As for maintenance, store the filament in a dry place when not in use. If you notice any issues during printing, check for possible clogs, but don't worry, this filament has a low clogging risk.
