TPU 85A is super - flexible, ideal for protective cases and fidget toys. TPU 90A has higher hardness and better structural integrity, perfect for shoe soles and RC tires. Both filaments have excellent wear resistance for long - lasting use. Bambu TPU 90A Blaze & Frozen has a unique single - spool gradient effect, great for large - scale fashion items. These filaments need precise printing conditions. Check the wiki's printing guide before you start. Follow specific drying, printing, and filament unloading instructions for best results.




Using this Bambu Lab TPU filament is easy. First, make sure to dry the filament properly. You can use a blast drying oven at 70°C for 8 hours or the X1 printer's heatbed at 90°C for 16 hours. Use a large dry box to avoid spool deformation. When printing, don't increase the max volumetric speed; keep the default speed. Turn off Flow Dynamics Calibration as the parameters are already pre - set. For filament unloading, heat the nozzle to 250°C, then retract the extruder and manually pull out the filament. Don't press Unload when switching filaments to prevent residue from getting stuck. Remember, the gradient effect of TPU 90A Blaze and Frozen only appears once per 1kg spool. Read the Printing Guide on the wiki for the best results and always follow the filament drying section for details.
