Using the Polysher™ is a breeze. First, make sure you have a 3D print made of PolySmooth™ or PolyCast™. Fill the unit with alcohol (at least 70% like IPA or Ethanol). Place your model inside the 150mm x 180mm polishing area. Then, simply turn the control dial to select your desired polishing time, which usually takes between 20 - 40 minutes, but it can vary based on part size, alcohol concentration, and the ambient temperature. During operation, keep the room temperature between 15 – 32 °C. When storing, make sure the temperature is between 0 – 38 °C. Always remember that the unit is air - tight sealed for safety, but don't try to open it during the polishing process. After each use, empty the remaining alcohol and clean the interior gently with a soft cloth. If you notice any issues with the power supply, which is AC 100 – 240V, 50/60Hz, 0.4A input and 5V – 2000 mA output, contact the manufacturer ShenZhen Rongweixin Technology Co., Ltd.
