Searching for Bambu Lab PETG-CF Basic Filament in Australia? Bambu PETG-CF is a top - notch composite of PETG and carbon fiber. The new formula cuts down on nozzle clogging and clumping, boosting printing quality compared to traditional PETG. With carbon fiber added, it offers great strength, retains toughness, and has a shiny look. Ideal for drone parts, racing models, and high - performance functional parts needing impact strength and a sleek appearance. It has less clumping and stringing, thanks to a modified formula. The carbon fiber gives the print surface an advanced texture and a soft reflection, with minimal layer lines and a unique delicate texture. It offers a shiny finish, unlike the matte finish of PLA - CF. It also has strong XY performance and excellent layer adhesion. The filament is highly flexible, less likely to fracture under stress. All printing parameters are in the RFID, which can be read by the AMS for easy loading and printing. Check out the parameter comparison with PLA - CF, recommended printing settings, physical and mechanical properties, and useful printing tips. Each package includes 1x Filament & Desiccant and 1x Filament Label.

Hey there! If you're using the Bambu Lab PETG - CF filament, here's what you need to know. First, make sure to dry the filament before printing. You can dry it at 65 °C for 8 hours in a filament dryer or 75 °C for 10 hours on the printer's heatbed. Keep the container's humidity below 20% RH, seal it with a desiccant. Set the nozzle temperature between 240 - 270 °C and the bed temperature (with PVP glue) at 65 - 75 °C. Print at a speed of less than 200 mm/s. To get stronger Z - adhesion, use a higher infill density and avoid open - frame printers or large fan percentages. For a shinier look, go for lower speeds and relatively higher temperatures. Enjoy your 3D printing with this awesome filament!
